If you have done a transaction at retail store and the amount is debited from your account but not credited to merchant, you would immediately receive an auto reversal of the amount from your bank, if not, please call on 0484-39539000 or email the transaction ID & your registered phone number to email@example.com, not to worry your money is safe with your bank and we will ask your bank to refund the amount to you. In the meanwhile, you can go ahead and make a new transaction at retail store.
